These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WorthEt mobile application, website and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use the Services.
2. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current and complete information.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws.
- Treat delivery personnel and restaurant staff with respect.
3. Ordering Policies
- Menus, prices and availability are set by restaurant partners and may change without notice.
- Once confirmed, orders may not be modifiable. Cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather or order volume.
4. Subscription Policies
- Tiffin subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
- You may pause, modify or cancel an active subscription from your account.
- Unused days from a paused subscription may be carried forward as per plan rules.
5. Reservation Policies
- Bookings are subject to restaurant confirmation and capacity.
- Reservation deposits, if any, are governed by the restaurant's terms.
- No-shows may incur a fee as disclosed at the time of booking.
6. Payments
All payments are processed via third-party gateways. By placing an order, you authorize the charge for the full amount including taxes and applicable fees.
7. Intellectual Property
The WorthEt name, logo, designs and content are owned by WorthEt and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorthEt is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order, subscription or reservation in question.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
11. Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
