WorthEt facilitates the delivery of prepared food and tiffin meals from partner restaurants and kitchens to customers within serviceable areas. This policy outlines our delivery commitments.
1. Delivery Areas
- WorthEt is currently operational in select pin codes of Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
- Service areas expand continuously — check the app for your live coverage.
- Orders outside serviceable zones cannot be placed.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Food orders: typical delivery time is 30–45 minutes, varying by distance and demand.
- Tiffin subscriptions: delivered within a scheduled time window selected at signup (e.g., 12:00–1:30 PM for lunch).
- Delivery times are best-effort estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic or restaurant prep time.
3. Delivery Charges
Applicable delivery charges, packaging fees and surge fees (if any) are clearly shown on the order summary before payment.
4. Failed Deliveries
- If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable customer or non-responsive contact, the order may be marked complete with no refund.
- Our delivery partner will attempt to call you up to two times before marking a delivery as failed.
- For genuine issues, contact support within 24 hours.
5. Service Limitations
- Deliveries may be paused during extreme weather, civic disruptions or public holidays.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any address for safety or operational reasons.
- Tiffin deliveries may be skipped on Sundays or restaurant holidays, with prior notice.
