Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: June 19, 2026

We want you to be delighted with every WorthEt experience. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work across food orders, tiffin subscriptions and dine-in reservations.

1. Food Order Cancellations

  • Before restaurant acceptance: full refund, no questions asked.
  • After acceptance but before preparation starts: partial refund may apply, depending on the restaurant.
  • After preparation begins or out for delivery: generally non-refundable; please reach out if there's a quality issue.
  • Quality or missing item issues: share photos within 24 hours; eligible cases receive refunds or credits.

2. Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel an active tiffin subscription at any time from the Subscriptions tab.
  • Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. Already-delivered meals are non-refundable.
  • Unused meals from a paused subscription may be carried forward or refunded as per plan terms.

3. Reservation Refunds

  • Free cancellation up to the cut-off time stated at booking (typically 2 hours before).
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the reservation deposit, if any.
  • Restaurant-initiated cancellations receive a full refund.

4. Processing Timelines

  • Approved refunds are initiated within 1–3 business days.
  • Funds reflect in your account within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
  • WorthEt Wallet credits are issued instantly and never expire.

5. How to Request a Refund

Open the order in the app and tap "Help", or email support@worthet.com with your order ID and a brief description of the issue.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Delivery and convenience fees once the order is dispatched.
  • Promotional coupon values used on cancelled orders.
  • Custom or made-to-order items past the preparation cut-off.
